I am a former agent and product manager with R & R Newkirk (now a part of Kaplan Financial Publishing) and the author of several books, including The Back to Basics Book of Selling (revised and ready for re-release in July 2008), The Insurance Dictionary, and Market Conduct for the Life Insurance Agent. Working primarily in the insurance and financial services industry since 1977, I have written and produced several hundred training, product introduction and marketing programs. I founded Custom Communications Insurance Publishing in 1985. We publish online and print newsletters, marketing materials and courses. Additionally, I provide classroom and seminar training, as well as educational and marketing programs for dozens of insurance companies, financial institutions and industry associations. Clients include American United Life, Ameriprise Financial, Catholic Knights, EDS, Forefield, Inc., New York Life, Pentera Financial Group, Woman’s Life, and others.
